Share with your monitor, colleagues, or support staff! Just click the Google Drive link provided in the directions page, then go to File > Make a Copy to save your own editable version.
 
 
Please note: If you download the file to your computer outside of google drive to use in your own personal excel, make sure you're using an up-to-date version of Microsoft Excel to ensure all formatting appears correctly. Otherwise a few changes may occur such as color and font, however, the art banner will stay the same.
